Job Postings:

Our family-oriented private practice is looking for full-time and part-time dental hygienists. Dr. Murmann will train the right people. We do not require any special education or experience for this position. Experience with Dentrix is a plus, but not a requirement. Compensation starts at $15/hour for someone with no experience. For an experienced dental assistant pay is $18/hour, and for an expanded function dental assistant it is $20/hour.

We take COVID precautions seriously by requiring vaccines for our workers. We also provide PPE equipment, including N95 masks, scrubs, and face shields. Surgical Clean Air machines are in every treatment room and by the front desk and break room.

You can expect:

  • High-quality equipment including Hu-Friedy EverEdge 2.0 instruments, Cavijets, Dentrix, Dexis, Nomad, Digital Panorex, and Near Infrared Illumination
  • The ability to schedule the time you feel necessary for each patient; new patients typically receive a 90 minute appointment
  • Yearly in-office OSHA/HIPAA and sexual harassment training; CPR training every other year
  • Free dental treatment for you and your family (except for lab fees)
  • In-office laundry to avoid taking any germs home with you
  • PTO and medical insurance available after one year of employment
  • A friendly, supportive office that sees all types of patients, no matter their ages or needs

Our eco-friendly, LEED gold-certified office is decorated with beautiful nature themes for a comforting atmosphere. We have windows in each operatory, so you and your patients can enjoy the view. We are conveniently located near several shops and grocery stores, including Whole Foods, HomeGoods, Hallmark, Old Navy, and Nordstrom.

After one year of full-time employment, you are eligible for five days of PTO. If you work only two days a week, we offer one day of PTO per day you work after one year. Ideally we are seeking team members to work two weekdays and/or two Sundays per month.

I was visiting Naperville from out of town when my crown popped off. Dr. Murmann's office worked me in the next day and Dr.Murmann was able to cement my old crown in. She explained what she was doing the entire time; and afterwards, her office staff worked with me to make sure my insurance wouldn't deny me coverage for a new crown if the old 22yr. old one failed. I could not have wished for a better outcome!
